RMPCo Return Policy
At Rocky Mountain Paint Company, we value our customers more than anything and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Items purchased at thepaintpros.ca and picked up or delivered locally (Calgary, AB) can be returned in-store within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Items purchased at thepaintpros.ca and shipped nationally can be returned to the original shipping address (10204 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary, AB, T2J 0P8) and be postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Upon receipt of merchandise and inspection of condition, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to seven (7) days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Kindly note that some products are not eligible for returns, such as any paint as well as any products containing liquids (stains, solvents, spray cans, etc.)
